Wilden offers several ways to buy a home in Kelowna's Glenmore Highlands. You can compare a building lot for a custom home, a new townhome, or a semi-detached home. Established homes are also available through the resale market.
Ponds, trails and hillside neighbourhoods shape the community. The developer's master plan includes a long-standing commitment to keep half of the land as natural areas and public park space. Housing, parks and future services are being developed in stages.
I help you compare the choices by total cost, floor plan, location and timing. A lot purchase and a move-in-ready home involve different decisions. The right choice starts with knowing what is included and what still needs to be built.
The displayed ranges are observed samples from saved MLS files collected in April and May 2026. They cover detached homes, townhomes and half duplexes. They are not guaranteed limits for every home in Wilden.
The physical ranges use 93 listing records after removing overlapping entries, including 86 records with positive lot sizes. Records may include the same home at different listing stages. The price range uses 34 records marked Active in the saved files; their status and prices have not been verified as current.
Separately, 59 recorded home sales ranged from CAD $790,000 to $3,475,000, with sale dates from January 20, 2025 to May 19, 2026. These are historical sales, not current availability or a valuation.
The map and coordinates identify Wilden's presentation centre at 1881 Hidden Hills Drive. They do not describe the full community boundary or the address of every home.
Hidden Hills includes 107 single-family lots at different elevations. The developer advertises lots from CAD $389,900 plus GST. That is the land price. Home construction, site work and other project costs need a separate budget. Review the lot plan, building guidelines and builder requirements before choosing a site.
Pondside Landing at 1550 Union Road includes Juniper and Elderberry homes. Juniper plans list three bedrooms and three bathrooms, with sizes starting at 1,502 square feet. Elderberry plans list three bedrooms plus a study and three bathrooms, with sizes starting at 2,626 square feet. Layouts and outdoor spaces vary by home.
The developer advertises starting prices of CAD $744,900 for Juniper and CAD $949,900 for Elderberry. Confirm applicable taxes and the written terms of any promotion. Ask for current unit availability, specifications and strata fees.
Antler Heights is a collection of 30 homes above Hidden Hills. Its three published plans range from 1,953 to 2,791 square feet. All three plans list four bedrooms.
Prices are developer starting prices checked October 8, 2026. They are subject to change and are not a quotation for a specific available home. Layout, outdoor space and construction progress vary by home.
Wilden also has established detached homes and townhome communities. Resale homes can offer a different location, yard, layout or move-in timeline from current new-home releases. Compare the exact home's condition, title, ongoing costs and features before deciding.

Lost Creek Park, Hidden Lake Park, ponds and trail connections are part of Wilden's outdoor setting. Check current trail access before visiting, as construction can affect some routes.
Wilden has road connections to Glenmore services, downtown Kelowna, UBC Okanagan and Kelowna International Airport. Your travel time will depend on the home, route and traffic. Visit the streets you are considering and test your usual trips.
Cattail Pond townhomes and Wilden Market Square are listed as future projects. Market Square is planned as a community hub with homes, shops, services and gathering spaces. A future elementary school is also part of the wider vision. These features should be treated as future plans when comparing homes today.
The proposed final phase includes a wider mix of housing, parks and trail connections. The developer projects that its first subdivisions may begin development between 2030 and 2035. Timing depends on approvals, servicing and market conditions. This is a development estimate, not a home occupancy date.
Compare the full purchase and ownership cost for the exact property. For a building lot, review site conditions, building requirements and construction costs. For a townhome or semi-detached home, confirm title, any strata responsibilities, fees, inclusions and completion timing. Views, yards, parking and energy features vary between homes.
I can help you compare current listings and new-home options in Wilden, then work through the costs and documents for the homes that fit your needs.
