One of Kettle Valley's standout features is its connection to outdoor recreation. Quilchena Park is a central community destination, featuring playgrounds, a splash park, tennis and pickleball courts, walking trails and green space.

Schools and Village Amenities
Kettle Valley is near Chute Lake Elementary, Canyon Falls Middle School and Okanagan Mission Secondary School. Buyers should confirm school catchments for their specific address.
The Village Centre offers local shops and services, while additional restaurants, shopping, wineries and recreation are available throughout Kelowna's Mission neighbourhoods.
Future Development
Kettle Valley continues to evolve. The proposed Legacy Neighbourhood is intended to complete part of the original community vision with additional housing, connected public spaces and neighbourhood improvements.
